Your rights to your data
The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) gives you the following rights with respect to Sb Marketing:
Right of access (art. 15)
You can request a copy of all the personal data we hold about you, the purposes of the processing, the recipients and the period of storage.
Right of rectification (art. 16)
If your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request correction at any time.
Right to erasure (art. 17)
You can request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary, or if you withdraw your consent — unless legally required to keep it.
Right of opposition (art. 21)
You may object to the processing of your data for commercial purposes or based on our legitimate interest.
Right to portability (art. 20)
You can request to receive your data in a structured and machine-readable format to transfer it to another provider.
Right to limitation (art. 18)
You can request the suspension of processing of your data, for example the time we are considering a dispute.
Submit a request for access
To exercise one of your rights, contact us by e-mail. We undertake to reply within a maximum of 30 jours on receipt of your request.
To ensure the security of your application, we may ask you to justify your identity (copy of an ID). These data will only be used for verification purposes.

- Your First and Last Name
- The email address associated with your folder
- The type of right you wish to exercise
- Any useful clarification on your request
Processing times
- Standard time: 30 days from receipt of your complete application
- Extended period: In case of complex application, we can extend this additional 2 months (you will be informed within the first 30 days)
- Clearly unfounded applications: We reserve the right to refuse or charge a reasonable fee

If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations in force, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (National Commission on Informatics and Freedom):
